Description
The CC4 Call Point is a sophisticated, intelligent call unit and the basic building block of CC4 systems. It can be configured to make any required call type, has Call and Cancel buttons, with provision for an optional, pluggable handset. It also contains the Infra-red and RF communication systems to support the CareCall4 Real-time Location System.
The Call button is touch sensitive, and a simulated touch test at pre-determined intervals provides ongoing certainty that the call point will operated correctly when needed. A secondary switch provides tactile feedback, along with the reassurance LED, and a momentary beep when a call is made.
